Some of the equipment can seem intimidating when you are first starting out as they can seem very specific. We try to use common household items in our baking recipes to maximize the accessibility. However, in order to really take your baking game to the next level there are some products we will recommend.
We still like to keep it simple and will offer alternatives to any piece of equipment to make it as easy as possible.
We find that sourdough also freezes really well, so when you come back from a vacation you know there is a delicious loaf waiting for you.
It is almost an addiction to have great quality dough at home. Freeze the pizza dough, and take it out at your next pizza party.
